Wine cellar
In the cosy wine-cellar ambience you will be able to taste as some best local wines as well as all the superior wines from all wine-growing regions in Slovenia. And the wine certainly goes well with some local cuisine specialities (»tunka«, salami, cracklings, »postržjače«, »gibanica« (home-made rolled cheese-cake) and many other delicacies)…
The wine bar is also a place designed for tastings in the company of our house sommelier, or with one of the well-known local wine makers on request.
Our wine list has been entrusted to Robert Gorjak, from the Belvin wine school.
You will find wines from the following wine producers on our wine list: Čurin, Kogl, Kupljen, Krajnc, Verus, Dveri Pax, MiroVino, Steyer, Radgonska klet, Ormoška klet, Frangež (sparkling), Istenič (sparkling) and others.
